Acceptance
By creating an account or using Player Cue, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Player Cue is a platform for learning and practicing AI prompt engineering. We grade prompts using AI models and track your progress over time.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.
Your account
- You must be 13 years or older to use Player Cue.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You may not share your account or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
- Usernames must not impersonate others or violate trademarks.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit prompts designed to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the grading API
- Use automated scripts to game scores or leaderboards
- Interfere with the service or other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Billing and subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
- Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Your content
You own the prompts you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a license to process and score them, and to display your results on the leaderboard (pseudonymously, by username).
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Player Cue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated scores are not guarantees of real-world prompt quality. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email or via a notice in the app at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
